A rarely discussed and highly underrated area of Faith’s athletics department is the women’s soccer team. The lady Eagles are focusing on building the team this year, and the potential of the young team is surfacing. Girls’ soccer earned their first victory of the season in overtime against Prospect Ridge. Although they have been plagued with injuries, including Amanda Wilson’s concussion and Sammy Engel’s broken wrist, they have battled through the difficulties.
